HYV was founded in 2022 by Anand R. S. and Nitya Menon, alumni of the Amrita School of Business. Born as part of an idea in a classroom of an elective on Innovation, it is a pioneering placement automation app that transforms the campus recruitment process of technical and professional colleges across India.
